Chef Dave Hadley: Kallu Pop-Up

Chopped champion Dave Hadley has returned from his five month internship with Gaggan with a fresh perspective on Indian cuisine. His Kallu Pop-Up showcased his take on late night bites. We are looking forward to more offerings from one of Denver’s up and coming culinary influencers.
